Review: Lovely BB with a large bedrooms, a GREAT water view and close proximity to Center City. A really easy bus ride to O'Connell St and Temple Bar. We could have a Guinness or two and not worry about driving back. John is an exceptional host who steered us away from the "tourist traps" and toward more local venues. A "must" if you're visiting Dublin.

Review: Had a great time at Glenorney by the Sea.  Food was wonderful, the view was spectacular, and the room was beautiful.  My husband and I were treated great. Very nice family. Would absolutely go back.

Review: The Avarest was the first stop on our honeymoon trip to Ireland. It was the perfect way to start our trip. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, but the owner Deidre was gracious enough to let us check in anyway. Though we were exhausted we couldnt help notice right away how beautiful and welcoming the house is. Deidre gave us many suggestions on where to go at what times of the day and fantastic directions on how to get there. The best part of our stay was the delicious breakfast each morning and time we spent chatting with Deidre. I would highly recommend the Avarest to anyone looking for a wonderful, safe, and family oriented place to stay in Ireland. Bunratty is such a beautiful place to visit and we can't wait to go back.

Review: Barbara, we loved our stay at the manor house. We have lovely memories of our wonderful breakfast in front of the cozy peat fire. I hope we can come again, keep your fingers crossed for us.I hope 5 is top - although I would do ten.

Review: Liz and Larry were extremely accommodating.  Liz met us with tea and coffee on arrival in the parlour.  They couldnt do enough for us.  They were even willing to drive us to the pub so we could have drinks as well as called and checked on an attraction for us. And before leaving, Larry gave us a tour of the barns as my daughter is studying vetrinary science at college. This was the highlight for us.  The room itself was beautifully kept and a they provided a excellent irish breakfast. Highly recommended.

Review: My wife and I had the pleasure of staying overnight at Agnes and Johns BB. We were looking for suitable accommodation on the Ring of Kerry and when we saw the beautiful photographs of Dingle Bay taken from Taobh Coille we booked immediately. I have never been as warmly greeted by the owner of a BB as we were by Agnes. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until we had to leave the following morning. The breakfast was excellent and the bed very comfortable. If ever we visit the Ring of Kerry again, I know where we will overnight. I have no hesitation in recommending this BB to other travellers.
