Helena Healy has been part of the team at B&B Ireland since 1999, she became CEO in 2007. She holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Helena is responsible for the operational administration of the Company. Promoting the B&B product is a big part of her role, a role she finds challenging and enjoys very much. Helena travelled the world getting to know the overseas customer and their needs and uses that experience in her everyday work. Building up the profile of the B&B product at home and abroad is a primary objective. Helena is married to Pat and has 2 grown up children.

Mary Doogan - Financial Controller

Mary Doogan joined B&B Ireland in 2005.She is an Accountant and also holds qualifications in Management and Information Technology.
Previously Mary has worked in the areas of Manufacturing, Retail, Information Technology and Tourism. Mary is responsible for Financial Management of the company. Mary enjoys this role and being part of the Management structure where the strategic advancement of the company is the focus.

Joy Harron - Digital Marketing Executive and IT Trainer

Joy Harron has worked as part of the B&B Ireland team for 5 years. A CTP (Certified Training Professional) and Business & Computing graduate, Joy joined the company in 2007 to provide training to the B&B operators in using the online booking system. Joy has a thorough understanding of the Irish Bed and Breakfast experience and the positive holiday experience it provides for Irish visitors. Joy is currently working in digital marketing and manages the company's social media campaigns, affiliate programmes, analytics and digital advertising strategies. Before joining B&B Ireland, Joy worked in the UK, Germany and Ireland in various IT training, sales and marketing roles. Joy is passionate about the opportunity digital marketing and communications strategies can bring to businesses, creating conversations, engagement, community and helping share the B&B experience with the world.

Claire Regan - Digital Marketing Assistant and IT Trainer

Claire Regan is a Certified Training Professional and has worked within B&B Ireland for the past four years. Claire joined B&B Ireland as an IT trainer helping B&B members use the online booking system. Her training role involves training and assisting members on how to use our online booking system and providing ongoing support. Claire is also involved in B&B Ireland's E-marketing Department and assists with SEO (search engine optimisation), social media, display advertising, blogging and maintenance work on B&B Ireland's website. Claire enjoys the work she does at B&B Ireland and finds it both rewarding and satisfying.

Fiona Ryan - Members Payments and Vouchers Department

Fiona Ryan has work with B&B Ireland since 1999 and studied Business studies in Athlone IT. Fiona has worked in many departments in B&B Ireland through the years. Her roles included supervisor of the Brochure department and supervisor of the Reservations/Tours department. Fiona's now works in the voucher department where she deals with members and agents on a daily basis and assists with their queries regarding payments and Invoices. Fiona has helped with the development and implement the new system through the years and has also attended Meitheal - The Irish Travel Trade Fair. Fiona is also the Heath and safety representative, fire warden and first aider at B&B Ireland. Through her many years with B&B Ireland Fiona has gained a broad experience of the business.

Eimute White - Accounts Technician

Eimute White joined the Accounts Department in February 2008 having previously worked in the Voucher Department of B&B Ireland Limited. Eimute White has a diploma in Business Studies (specialization in Finance Accounting) and she is a member of Accounting Technicians in Ireland.
Eimute’s main role within B&B Ireland is Accounts Payable dealing with Creditors, credit card entries and reconciliation, involvement in Month End procedure with our Financial Controller. Eimute has developed professionally to an extremely high level with B&B Ireland. This is as a result of her diligence, competence and conscientious manner.

Gerry Haughey - IT Development and Project Manager

Gerry Haughey joined B&B Ireland in 2006 to provide IT, technical and project management expertise to the company and to aid in delivering on a number of strategic IT goals over the past 6 years. Gerry holds a BSc Honours Degree in Computer Services Management and is a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate). Gerry came to B&B Ireland with experience in IT systems administration and project management. Gerry is responsible for overseeing development and delivery of all online IT projects, from eVouchers to our websites and reservations systems. In addition he is responsible for maintaining IT systems internally within the office and providing IT support to staff. Gerry manages the IT department within the company and finds the role to be both challenging but extremely rewarding, allowing him to work closely with all departments within the company every day.
A passionate technology and gadget junkie, In his spare time he likes to keep up to date with all new developments within the tech world, with a particular interest in mobile technologies. He also enjoys hill walking, mountain biking, photography, astronomy and indulging his interest in classic cars. He also plays the saxophone and guitar and loves listening to music.

Sean Gallager - IT Technical Support

Sean has a BSc (Hons) in Computing and has over 12 years experience in the IT sector in both software and hardware. He joined the B&B Ireland IT Department in July 2011. He currently looks after in-house support and technical queries from B&B Ireland Members. He also sets up and maintains B&B Ireland Member Websites and looks after the technical set-up of the Member’s Credit Card System.

Marie Booth - Senior Administration Officer

Marie Booth works as Senior Administration Officer and joined the B&B Ireland team in 2000. Marie is an excellent communicator and enjoys her role in recruiting new B&B's as members of B&B Ireland, providing efficient customer support and acting as liaison person for existing B&B's.
In her Senior Administration role within B&B Ireland, Marie utilises her IT and business skills to provide effective support for both members and staff. Team work and organisational skills ensure successful administration practices at B&B Ireland. Prior to joining B&B Ireland, Marie worked in both Administration and Marketing for Littlewoods and Rehab Lotteries for 5 years.

Louise McGee - Senior Marketing Executive

Louise has been part of the team at B&B Ireland for over 8 years joining in 2004. Louise holds a BA Honours Degree in Business Studies and is a member of the Digital Marketing Institute. Louise has worked in many departments at B&B Ireland gaining a lot of knowledge and experience of the company which helps her in her current role as Senior Marketing Officer. Louise now represents B&B Ireland both nationally and internationally working with key tour operators, agents, Tourism Ireland & Failte Ireland both at home and abroad.
Louise’s role within B&B Ireland is both challenging and rewarding as she says herself no two days are the same. Louise works very closely with the Team to update and review the marketing plan and strategy each year. Her main goal is to build and sustain new business relationships while promoting B&B Ireland worldwide.

Clare Burke - Admin Assistant

Clare Burke works as Administration Officer and joined the B&B Ireland team in April 2007. Since joining B&B Ireland Clare has gained a valuable knowledge of company practices having gained experience working in administration, vouchers, accounts and the IT department. Clare has strong communication skills and enjoys working as part of the B&B Ireland team. She provides excellent customer services to B&B Ireland members and customers. Clare is proficient in Microsoft Office and administration processes.

Lisa Boyle - Reservations Assistant

With a strong background in Tourism, Lisa Boyle joined B&B Ireland on 5th April 2004 and has worked in varying roles within the company since her arrival. Married to Gerard, with three teenage children, Lisa finds time to balance work at B&B Ireland and running a busy home. Lisa has has gained excellent experience while working in both the Reservations and Accounts Departments over the years. Motivated and enthusiastic about the B&B product, Lisa is a valuable asset to the team at B&B Ireland. Currently responsible for B&B Ireland Reservations, Lisa’s attention to detail and excellent customer service skills ensure agents and consumers can book B&B’s with the greatest of ease using B&B Ireland online systems. Many of the top Irish travel agents such as Abbey Tours, CIE and Tempo Holidays among others work with Lisa to ensure their clients holiday in Ireland is made perfect by staying in our excellent B&B’s. Lisa also liases with B&B owners to ensure travel agent and consumer needs are met to the highest possible standards.
