We chose to stay at Eden Villa because the reviews had described hosts Mary and Peter as helpful. Their kindess and helpfulness were way beyond what one might expect. We had come to Tubbercurry in the hopes of contacting relatives. Mary suggest people for us to talk to, made personal calls to help us in our search. Peter took time to find routes to rural areas off the beaten path and drew maps to explain how to get there. As a result, we actually met some of our long lost cousins! Their home is lovely and the food was great, but their helpfulness to customers is tops!

this was our favorite of 5 bed and breakfasts! We were greeted warmly with tea and apple tart with ice cream. Peter and Mary gave excellent suggestions and directions to nearby sites and helped us plan our remaining stay in Ireland. Their home was warm and inviting, clean and the fire was very nice touch. I would stay here again and recommend them to anyone I know travelling to Ireland.

Lovely area and home. We learned a lot about Irish history and were given good suggestions of places to see.

Wonderful place to stay! Wish we were there more than one night. Mary & Peter were most welcoming & we enjoyed our conversations with them. This spot is good to access Galway county & Connemara, which we thought was quite beautiful & easier to drive than some of the hillier peninsulas.

Peter and Mary are the pinnacle of customer service. Lovely family room with a peat fireplace burning, to coffee and tea and homemade apple pie with ice cream. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They have loads of information on the surrounding area and Peter will be happy to help plan or re plan your itinerary for you since he has wonderful ideas for things to see and do. This is a little off the beaten path but would highly recommend taking the time to get and stay here. Would love to visit them again.
