We loved our accommodation, the lodge was beautiful, clean, and well situated, and our host had a good recommendation for dinner (the Fisherman, within walking distance by the sea). The only two things that were slightly off: 1. the streets are a bit confusing, so we had some trouble finding the place (we were using Google maps and a car GPS), and the owner said customers routinely has issues and she'd been dealing with this for years; 2. we thought check-out was by 11:00 AM (it had been at all the other B&Bs we had stayed with through Ireland), but in fact it was by 10:30 AM, at which point a slightly annoyed cleaning lady knocked on our door to tell us we had to clear the room because "I have to clean it and I've got somewhere to be, so I have to leave soon." We told the owner, and she said "oh yeah, there was a sign on the door about the 10:30 AM check-out time, but I guess it fell off". Ok...

Lovely B&B with a delicious Irish breakfast served every day! Also, a VERY short walk from the B&B to a nice walk along the coast or to the city of Galway where there is tons of shopping and restaurants!

It was a good location to walk into town and along the seaside. Bridie and staff were very nice and hospitable. Our ensuite room was upstairs, and it was clean and quaint for just 2 people.

Lovely house, great location, walking distance to Galway and Salthill. Spent 2 nights there, it was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent.
