St. Josephs was very clean. We had: tv, wi-fi, good bed, room to walk around the bedroom, place for luggage to rest upon, bathroom had great shower, window ledge to rest necessities, more solid bedroom door for quiet. Breakfast: good strong pressed coffee, home-made brown bread, porridge/oatmeal for me, fresh yogurt, fruit, jams, Irish breakfast for spouse, ample space to park car in front of house; 5 minutes from Waterford Glass Factory.

We enjoyed our stay with Terrence and Ann very much. The house was cheerful and comfortable, and the breakfasts were excellent. They gave us good information about local attractions and restaurants, and we would gladly stay there again. The driving directions on the Web site need to be updated: what used to be the N25 is now the R680 and we found that confusing as we drove into the Waterford area.

A great place to stay while in Waterford. Ann is a great hostess and makes a custom made to order breakfast. Great recommendations from Ann as to shopping or eating establishments. If visiting Waterford -- staying at St Josephs BB will be a great choice.
