Such a lovely stay! We enjoyed a good night's rest and an excellent breakfast while looking out the window at Mary's beautiful flowers that filled her garden. The location was so nice and quiet but still near to town. Lovely!

Over the course of our visit in Ireland we stayed in 5 different lodgings all across the country and as far as the charm and service of all of those, Cregg House was the far and away winner. Our hosts Mary and Hugh were extremely helpful and went above and beyond their advertised service. They offered us a ride into town to catch our bus, they gave us great tips for gorgeous walking trails, and they were genuinely interested in having conversation with us. The breakfast was phenomenal and I felt right at home. If you are looking for an Irish getaway that is geared toward relaxing, enjoying a less frequently visited town (read no tour buses), and feeling like you're actually in Ireland (not just partying in any city, like we felt about Dublin), this is your spot. Enjoy, and stay for more than one night! Cheers, Jessie and Andrew
