John was great, food was excellent, fantastic location on the waterfront. The room was clean and functional. My only negative is that the price was far too high, 360 Euros for two nights. We have stayed in several B&Bs in Ireland, including in Dublin for less than 100 Euros per night, and had excellent experiences there as well.

Great location on clontarf road near fabulous restaurants! We loved the places nearby. It was easy to grab a cab into the city and to enjoy walks along the coast. The manor was beautiful and breakfast was fabulous! We enjoyed our hosts and had a good spot out front to park our car while we used public transit into the city! Great location outside of city center! Worth getting the 2 day city sightseeing tours in the city center to visit must see tourist attractions! Seemless drive back to the airport when we departed for Dublin airport! Thank you for accommodating us during our visit through Ireland!!

We had a roof chamber with about 10sqm. A tiny shower room. Very clean it was not. The butter at breakfast was rancid. I have never lived so badly. I can not recommend this place.

It was a good location for easily getting into Dublin by bus. John was pleasant and gave us great directions for getting around.
