The High Road

Superbly located in the buzzing town of Dingle, The Lighthouse offers magnificent views of the town’s harbour and the wild County Kerry landscape. Just a couple of minute’s walk into Dingle, guests can enjoy traditional Irish music in its lively pubs, great food, friendly locals and plenty of outdoor activities. Dip a toe in the Atlantic with an array of water sports, explore the Dingle Peninsula and its panoramas and visit Fungie the dolphin in the harbour. Guests can also take a boat trip out to the Blasket Islands, which were until the 1950s, inhabited by a completely Irish-speaking population.

How to get here

Continue north up Main Street to the outskirts of town. Pass Ashmount Terrace and The Lighthouse is the second bed and breakfast on the right.

Most amazing view The Lighthouse was recommended to us by our children who visited Dingle four years ago. It was everything we imagined. We would recommend that if you are visiting the area that you not miss out on this B B. Another nice feature is...it is just a short walk from town. And by the time you get to Dingle....you will be ready to walk.
