Wonderful home - welcoming and hospitable! Location is perfect! Walking distance to town, pubs and shops. Blarney castle is 5 minutes away! Directly on bus route - easy ride to Cork City - solves parking dilemma! Breakfasts were top notch and Anne and Ray were just wonderful! So kind and helpful. Lovely home - brilliant stay! Thank you both for your kindness.

here are only things to love about staying at Blarney Vale with Anne and Ray. They open their wonderful and comfortable home with generosity of spirit, a solid Irish welcome, and a proper cup of morning tea (Barry's tea!). They were a complete delight and certainly gifted with gab. The location is near-to-perfect. Just steps from the driveway, you can hop on the bus to take you into Cork, if that's your pleasure. Or a 5 minute walk will take you into town, where there's a pub with delicious food and camaraderie. You also can shop at the Blarney Woolen Mills, which is a massive maze of woolens, silks, food items, household items and other gifts or head to the Blarney Castle. I would more than happily stay at Blarney Vale again and wholeheartedly recommend that you consider them too. One item of note is there are interior stairs that take you up to the guest rooms, so just be aware if your party has any limited mobility.

Anne and her family were very welcoming to us for just a one night stay with great accomdations. We called for directions from Blarney Castle and it was less than 5 minutes away. We went to Kinsale for dinner and it was nice but expensive and a long way on dicey roads... we should have stayed in Blarney for dinner! Lovely home, thank you Anne :)

We loved staying in this B&B! This was our first experience staying in a B&B and we felt right at home! The family was very nice and knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

Can definitely be recommended! Very, very nice hostess taking care of us and our two children. The breakfast was delicious and the room spacious enough to accomodate the family. The proximity to Blarney Castle which is really worth visiting, is another plus. On the flip side the adjacent road is pretty frequented by cars and lorries.
