Superb B&B with a most hospitable and interesting host. John, and his assistant Poppy, made us feel most welcome, sharing a lovely garden and recommendations for area visits and Irish history. Just amazing!. We had a very comfortable, immaculate room with an outstanding view of the harbor and bridge. Food was excellent and the dining room large and homey encouraging conversation with other guests. We spent just 2 nights there but could have spent a week and still had plenty to see in the area. Kinsale is a lovely town with walking the best and easiest way to get around, and just a 15-20 minute easy walk from the B&B.

We loved this B and B! We prefer a location a little out of center of town and this was perfect! We had a wonderful and easy 15-20 minute walk into town which was much better than driving and great views on the way to town. The views from our room and the living room were wonderful! The room was cosy and lovely! The shower was a bit small, but then again most of our showers in ireland were small. The breakfasts were superb and the pancakes were the best I have even had- crepes really! John was helpful and inviting and shared a drink every night. Great value also. I would come back!
