We had difficulty locating this B & B at first, despite using a gps. (The gps takes you to a church at the other end of the main street. When we arrived, our hostess acknowledged that the gps location wasn't accurate. Perhaps this could be mentioned in the B & B listing.) The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok. Unfortunately, to our surprise, we were informed as we were checking out and were on our way to the airport, that only cash was accepted as payment. We were told we owed 80 euros. (Our hostess said she wasn't sure what the rate was on B & B Ireland and that she received minimal information regarding bookings.) Because we were leaving for home in a few hours we had very little cash on hand and needed to go to a bank machine in order to pay the 80 euros in cash. When we checked our paperwork from B & B Ireland later, it confirmed that we really only owed 60.53 euros. (The room at booking was 70 euros and we had paid 9.47 euros deposit.) This stay was a disappoinment compared to the rest of our week in Ireland which was excellent.

We stayed at Banner House before flying back home. Ann was a wonderful host who helped us print our boarding passes and suggested a wonderful pub in town for dinner. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We were unable to get breakfast due to our early flight, but Ann had quick option for us to grab before we left. We would definitely stay again.

Ann was great! She was very helpful and she kept the rooms clean. Made some good suggestions so I wouldn't have to do more driving than I wanted. She even left breakfast out for us on our last day when we had to leave really early in the morning.
