I cant say enough about this B B. The hostess, Marian, and her husband were a lovely couple. The rooms were well appointed with a spacious ensuite bath. They served us a delicious breakfast in a sunny breakfast room. They also have a comfortable lounge with a television and tea/coffee station. We felt very welcomed, more like "guests" than paying customers. My cousins live in the area, and if we are lucky enough to return to Ireland to visit we will definitely stay here. It is walking distance to Castlebar, a lovely town. If I could give it 6 stars, I would

Marian and PJ provided us with a lasting happy memory of our trip in Ireland. Their B&B was a home from home of comfort and laughter. Our room was wonderful and so good to come home to each evening. The breakfasts were delicious and adjusted for my wifes gluten allergy! PJ is a wealth of information on local history and advice on locations to visit. We had fun and missed them when we continued on our journey. We can highly recommend Dun Mhuire B&B !"
