Rooms clean and comfortable including bed but.... No tea or coffee making in room. Breakfast very ordinary in terms of quality of sausages etc. Continental breakfast was fruit and yoghurt but plain toast and slices of wheaten bread, no croissants or other normal continental type items. Room that could have been a lounge always had door shut so uninviting. Smell of air freshener very strong in hall and stairway...what's wrong with a bit of real fresh air! Quite sickening in fact.

Even though I only stayed for one night I enjoyed my visit immensely. The hosts were warm and welcoming and I had the feeling that they really enjoy having guests in their home and taking care of them. The rooms were lovely and clean and even though the house is close to a busy street, it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was marvelous and generous. All in all a very nice and recommendable B&B.
