Situated in Magherafelt town centre, along the approach road from M2/Belfast/Derry/Airports/Ports.Leave A6 at Castledawson Roundabout, taking the A31 into Magherafelt. Go through first mini-roundabout. Laurel Villa is 50 yards further along on right side, opposite church. From the A29 direction go through town, following signs for Belfast/ M2.Laurel Villa is on left (opposite St. Swithin's Church) and 200 yards from Tourist Information Centre.
