| We had a fantastic stay at Ashleigh House .. we were welcomed warmly and she was most helpful with directions to Waterford and the area. She gave us the best directions for a drive along the coast. We would recommend highly anyone visiting the area stay at the Ashleigh House Thank you again |

| Mrs. McGovern was a great host. Arriving late she gave up her parking space. Saw that we got settled. Very clean, wonderful breakfast with formal table setting. Recommend highly. |

Close to a good pub which had a live band the night I went.
A lovely breakfast to start the day rest of my journey around Ireland. Happy to recommend it to others. |

| Great BB. Handy location being close to Waterford and far enough from it and across the road from a decent pub.
Very friendly owners and great breakfasts try the pancakes
Good place from which to explore the region.

| This was the friendliest house of our trip. Very accommodating, lots of extras in the bathroom and a great breakfast. Also she shared a personal story about her grandfather during tha "troubles".

| Nice, clean and comfortable BB. Beautiful grounds. Loved the breakfast selection. Only downside was it was difficult to find as neither the BB name or address showed up in Garmin. |

| We were made to feel very welcome at this comfortable BB. The rooms were very clean spacious and the hosts were friendly. The breakfast was delicious plentiful. I would certainly recommend this BB. |

| Wonderful, comfortable home. My hosts are simply delightful people. Having the restaurant just across the road is so convenient after a day of driving; the food there is quite tasty. This was my first experience staying at a BB and I could not have hoped for a better experience. Delicious homemade bread was served at breakfast and my room was spotlessly clean. I also enjoyed learning about my hostesss history of growing up on her homeplace nearby. |

| Phyllis saved us We lost our voucher but she called the issuing company and was able to get a replacement. I was so stressed about it but she made it no big deal. Her home was beautiful and comforting. We also enjoyed the free internet access. I would definitely stay here again if I make it back to Ireland. |

| We had a very nice stay, the bedroom was very clean and the bed very comfortable, our breakfst was delicious and Phylis was the perfect host. Our only concern was the toilet, which did not flush strong enough and one flush was not sufficient, but the cistern took a very long time to fill, so we had to wait a while to flush again. |

| The four of us had a wonderful stay at Ashleigh. The home and rooms are in immaculate condition. Phyllis McGovern was a wonderful host, making us feel welcome and providing us with local guidance as warranted. The breakfast room was pleasant and the breakfast excellent. In addition, we were right across the road from an excellent pub, The Old Thatched Cottage. Finally, we were in easy distance from Waterford City and on the way for our journey west toward Cork. |

| On our first trip to Ireland, we spent our first night at Ashleigh, and were continually impressed. The McGoverns were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Their home was nicely decorated, clean and accommodating. Their food was delicious. Our stay at Ashleigh really set the bar high for the rest of our trip. |

| Ashleigh House was the first BB we stayed at in Ireland, and we found it to be an enjoyable experience. Phyllis was probably the nicest and friendliest BB host we had during the trip. The room was clean, well appointed and there was a Pub across the street that served a great dinner. |

| Fantastic Charming home, beautifully appointed,frendly and warm hosts. Comfortable huge rooms with wonderful bathroom with tub and shower. The bed was delightful. Beautiful gardens and greeat location with Pub a short walk away. Breakfast was the best we had in Ireland with the pancakes beign our favorite. | The stay at Ashleigh was great and in view of this we extended from one night to three. The standard of room and food was excellent and Phyllis made us extremely welcome.
