B&B Ireland Hosts

The hosts that run our bed and breakfasts are without doubt the heart and soul of Irish hospitality. Staying in a B&B allows you to stay in an Irish family home and immerse yourself in the culture. There is nothing better than holidaying with experts. The B&B hosts and family members have a wealth of knowledge on hidden gems in the area. They have insightful local information that they are happy to divulge to their guests.  I know when I go on a holiday I like to get under the skin of a location, find out about the locals, sample the fine cuisine and explore the local sites.  The B&B Ireland experience offers you just that. But don’t just take my word for it!

Here is what our guests have to say about our hosts:

Glenraha Farmhouse - Brid Fitzpatrick

We had a lovely time at this B&B, they made us feel extremely welcome and went over and above what was expected by driving us to the village and picking us up, which was very kind. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we got to help milk the cows which was the icing on the cake. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

Emohruo B&B - Margaret Carey

Loved Margaret! She is warm and inviting and made sure we knew of all the places to sight see on our trip. 5 minute drive from cliffs of Moher. We will be back!

Edencrest - Josephine Walsh

Edencrest and Josephine were Irish treasures! From the minute Josephine opened the door, you felt at home! Sitting with a glass of wine over looking Bantry Bay was magical (we even saw our first Irish Rainbow from Edencrest!)! Josephine went all out making sure our stay was perfect, and it was! Our room was a suite, with views of the bay and a large dressing room and bath! The best! We dined at The Snug in Bantry, delicious and very snug! We woke up to an amazing breakfast, where after Josephine's husband Barry was so kind to help us with directions to Killarney! Yes, Barry, we made it and found our girls! A fabulous B&B...we wished we could have stayed longer, there is such beauty inside and out!
