Baked Alaska with Hot Chocolate Sauce

One of my great childhood memories of my mums Sunday lunch was on the rare occasion when she served up her Baked Alaska.  I could never understand how she could put ice cream in the oven and it not come out a melted puddle and on top of that it was mouthwateringly delicious. Below is a chocolate version with a hot chocolate sauce – heaven!
