Kinsale was our favorite town to visit during our trip to Ireland and Mary and the Sea Gull house were one of the reasons why. Her bar was fantastic, filled with friendly locals and great beer and it’s in a great location towards the center of town. Mary’s breakfast in the morning was personal and delicious. The rooms were nothing special besides a little deck out back overlooking the back patio. We will definitely be back!

Well located place in kinsale. Rooms are a bit tight but clean and comfortable overall. Mrs Mary runs the
Place and does a good job. Her son runs the tap tavern down the road and the ghost tour. Both which are worth doing. Would stay again. Parking is not dedicated but she will make have somewhere to park. She is known as the godmother of kinsale and likely knows more about it than most locals. Would stay again.

Enjoyed our one night visit. Beds and bath were just fine, and Mary's energy and tavern were charming, but we were told what we would be having for breakfast, no choices, and it was not very tasty.

Our family of four stayed in Kinsale with Mary. It was great. The rooms were nice and very clean. She was very kind to our two teenagers and they absolutely loved her. We had to leave very early (much earlier than the advertised breakfast time) and she went out of her way to accommodate us with Tea, Coffee, and some toast. Make sure to drop by her pub and we can definitely recommend her son's ghost tour.
