Mount Royd Country Home

A total delight starting with tea and biscuits on arrival. The home was spectacular, impeccably clean, and the attention to all details that make for a memorable stay was evident. Breakfast was without a doubt the best of our entire stay.

We had a very good stay at Mount Royd. The room was very nice and the breakfast was very delicious and tasteful. The hosts were really helpful and gave good advices for the stay.

Mount Royd is a lovely B&B, in the traditional style. The location is very convenient to Derry. Josephine recommended a great restaurant in Derry for dinner. Rooms were impeccably clean and included lovely amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The highlight was certainly the breakfast. We chose from a varied menu and the meal included scones, brown bread and the most incredible fresh fruit I've ever seen at a B&B. The breakfast was of the highest quality. We truly appreciated Josephine's hospitality.

Myself and my sister stayed in Mount Royd Country Home for a little get-away. We had an amazing time. You feel set back in time❤️The room was gorgeous and the furniture shows of great attention to detail. The breakfast was the best breakfast we ever had on a stay away and the selection of fruit and homemade bread was delicious. Josephine and Charlie were brilliant hosts and we took their advice to see the fabulous Donegal. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay. I highly recommend Mount Royd Country Home.
