You couldn't ask for a sweeter, more considerate host than Maura. She made us feel very welcome and prepared a lovely breakfast for us as well. She and my mom (Sally) talked for a while after breakfast, and Maura gave my mom a rose she had picked that morning in her garden.
The house is very convenient to Galway and was easy to find. You do have to climb a set of stairs to get to your room, so keep that in mind if you're hauling a big bag. (That's not unusual, just something worth knowing.)
We're grateful for Maura's hospitality during our stay.

Our stay was quiet and peaceful. We walked down to the water past the horses and chickens. Breakfast was delicious. Just like mom would make on the weekends when you have more time to enjoy it.

The minute we left Springlawn B and B, we missed Maura and Michael. They were so welcoming, kind, and loving. They made us feel like we were at home. The setting of the bed and breakfast is beautiful. The walk to the sea made everything extra special. The next time we are there I plan to join the group that swims in the sea on Saturday mornings.
The entire stay was wonderful!! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were comfortable. The best part by far was Maura and Michael.
Donna, Emma, and Brenda.

Excellent B&B. Maura is the greatest and directed us to some very cool places. Breakfast was great and fresh (which can sometimes be an issue). Very relaxing stay and I'd definitely go back as it's a perfect base for exploring Galway City.
