A really good two nights at Kenmare House during our campervan tour of Southern Ireland. It was just what we needed, comfortable, relaxed and a good breakfast.
We were pleased to follow the owner's map up to a wonderful walk we would't otherwise have found. Then onto a bar he also recommended, on a small harbour and also a delight.

Lovely property in a great location. Right on the ring of Kerry and Kenmare is a sweet village with lots to offer. Our host was very hospitable and made several recommendations for alternatives to the typical tourist attractions. I would highly recommend this site for anyone looking for close proximity to the Ring of Kerry and National Park, but away from the business of Killarney.

I was traveling with my brother and sister-in-law through Ireland and spent two nights at Kenmare House. I highly recommend. The O'Sullivan's run a beautiful house, we were comfortable and had a nice breakfast, they guided us well as we had questions about Ring of Kerry, and it really is walkable to shops and restaurants yet off the busy path. It was perfect.

Kenmare house was in an ideal location within walking distance of the town. We spent 2 nights here with our bikes which were safely stored in the lockable storage room. Breakfast was delicious and they had a good system in place for ordering. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend Kenmare house to anyone wishing to visit Kenmare.

Had a lovely stay here, the beds are comfortable. Sadly the room was very hot (no airconditioning).
You can select which breakfast you'd like the following morning, we had pancakes and a fried breakfast, which were very tasty!!!
Walking distance to Kenmare.
