This was our second visit to Cashel, but first one staying at Rockville. This is the best location to walk to The Rock, stroll through the streets of this lovely town and take a short drive to Tipperary. The accommodations were comfortable, the room was the right size and the breakfast prepared by Anna was delicious. What made this experience great was Patrick’s kindness and fabulous dry sense of humor. We will book with Patrick again in our next visit to the Emerald Aisle.

Very comfortable, Patrick was very accommodating. Our shower only had scalding hot or ice cold so we had to shower in a room across the hall. It was clean and breakfast was great

As reviews note, it is an ideal location to walk to the Rock and town; Patrick's dry humor is fun; the dining room and breakfast was good to chat with others or not as you wish; the room was comfortable and clean; so nice to let us leave our car while we toured the Rock. The only down side was we were on the first floor and could hear the guy peeing above us which was disconcerting (presumably an old not sound proof house) - we would stay here again but on the 2nd floor!

Patrick was a very accommodating and welcoming Host who greeted us about 1930 after a lost evening in the countryside. We slept well, enjoyed a good breakfast, and met his nice wife. Because my husband can't walk long distances we drove to the Rock of Cashel, which was quite nearby.
