Rockville House

I was one of the relatives with the Haelfrisch family Patrick was very witty and an excellent host. The Irish breakfast was wonderful. The home was located close to the restaurants, shops and pubs.

Very comfortable rooms and a welcoming host. We rented 3 rooms and all of us were pleased with our accommodations. Great location with easy walk to several excellent restaurants and pubs. Breakfast served promptly.

Great place to stay. It's a cute house in a good location with everything in a walkable distance, including the Rock of Cashel which looms just a few blocks away. The host was a nice gentleman, quiet but offering a little bit of wit and whimsey now and then. We rented 2 rooms, one w a double bed, the other with a double and a single. The room with a double and a single was actually 2 rooms connected with a short passageway; very nice for a little extra privacy. The showers were so-so but we found that to be the case in several places we stayed in our 2-week tour of the island. Found a good restaurant for dinner and Patrick's breakfast was good. Would stay there again.

Stayed here while in the area for work. Perfect location for visiting Rock of Cashel and the town. Patrick the owner is very funny and helpful. Breakfast was delicious too.

Rockville House is a great Cashel location. Patrick was a good host. Always seemed to be around to answer questions. Stayed in the small bedroom on the first floor next to the kitchen. It would have been nice to have heat the one night we stayed. Breakfast could have been better if we could have been able to pass on the type of hot food provided. It was a waste since 3 out of 4 of us did not eat it. Not impressed with other items offered. Also the town closes up at 5:00 pm so there is no night life. Only 1 restaurant is available for dinner.
