Churchfield was the ideal location--so close to the wonderful Doolin pubs. Maeve greeted us warmly and very kindly called over to McDermott's Pub to arrange for a dinner reservation. At McDermott's we were "Maeve's people" and whisked through the crowded pub to a cozy table for a delicious dinner! We had a lovely breakfast Sunday morning and then followed her directions a short distance to the church for Easter mass. It was a short, but perfect stay. Accommodations were spotless. So close to the Cliffs of Moher, as well.

I can only recommend this place. It was clean and we felt very welcome. Short way to the pub and an excellent breakfest. Thanks a lot!

We had reserved the last several stays of our trip at one sitting, booking one in Doolin and one in Bunratty. When we knocked on Maeve's door, she told us she was expecting us for two days later. It turned out that I had reversed our reservations, booking 2 nights at Gallows View in Bunratty and followed by one night at Churchfield in Doolin instead of the other way around. Maeve called Mary at Gallows Hill and got everything fixed. She is a very pleasant and nice person that runs an excellent B&B. The location was perfect, just a short walk to town.
