We enjoyed our stay at Lettermore. Ann was very helpful and a great cook! Our room was clean and comfortable and the area is gorgeous. The only downside is that there isn't much in the way of eating establishments to choose from in the area. We ate a couple of times at Jacobs Well Pub and were pleased with the food and the service. Would definitely stay at Lettermore again.

After an awkward exchange with my fiancé upon entry, the owner redeemed herself. The place is hard to find and she gave us plenty of odd grief about it. Download a map of the area offline on Google Maps and make sure your route is planned. Do not get a GPS from the rental place. Although, it was very weird there was no sheet on the bed. It was straight blanket contact. First off, that does not seem clean to me, because I doubt she's cleaning the blanket everyday. Secondly, it gets too damn hot. She did let us use her ironing board. Scenic views, clean room, nice little area.

Thank you for your review. I am happy that you enjoyed your stay in my home, the views and the area. I am sorry that you found us hard to find, some GPS systems are dated therefore they are not the most accurate. Google maps is the best way to find me! I was surprised to read about the blanket as we do not have blankets on the beds, we have duvets, covered with fresh sheets.

Ann is a very good hostess and is very helpful with travel advice in the area. The breakfast was delicious and there were several choices of omlet, full Irish breakfast, and french toast. The room was cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Staying at Lettermore was one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. Ann was just the best as our hostess and an excellent cook. She even offers a menu to select your breakfast from. The setting and location provide a very quiet and peaceful ambience for a restful evening.
