The quarters were tight, but we were comfortable. Visiting with Rita, the owner, was the best part of the experience. Her location is very close to the airport and to the City Center of Dublin, so you can't go wrong with this location.

Great place to stay! We were leaving early in the morning to catch a flight and Rita made us a breakfast to go. The room was cozy and clean. The beds very comfortable. Rita recommended a nice pub for dinner and drinks which did not disappoint.

Seaview was a great stay. Rita is a great host. We were unable to have breakfast both days and Rita generously left us a to-go breakfast. The location was good, a short walk to the train where we could get to Dublin city centre. We would recommend Seaview.

Rita was such a sweetheart. We loved her stories and she was very informative. She actually made a us a breakfast to go. We enjoyed staying with her.

We only stayed one night and had to leave early the next morning, but our room was clean and cozy. Rita was a gracious hostess and was kind enough to leave us breakfast "to go" since we had plans for early AM departure. The location is very residential, so quiet, but there was a lovely restaurant within walking distance where we enjoyed a delicious dinner.
