I would not recommend driving to this location after dark. The room was small and the bed was uncomfortable. We were happy to have a place to rest after a long day. The setting was beautiful.

We stayed here for one night. Could not find it on the first try because the GPS data don't lead accurately to any point. The room was spotless, unfortunately very warm (hottest summer since 40 years). The bed wavered a bit but was okay. Nora gave us a good hint for having dinner in Kinsale. That's only a five minute drive without traffic as stated. Breakfast was good, very saturating and diverse.

We stayed at Valley-View for one night as part of a 5 day trip. We called ahead to advise of a late arrival and were told that we had to be there either before 7pm or after 10.30pm as the owners were ‘going out’. We were meant to be meeting friends in Kinsale and had nowhere to leave our things or get changed as we arrived around 7.30pm. We had to change in a lay-by in the car and dinner plans were spoiled a little as one of us had to drive back to get the keys. The room was very comfortable but dated and had no kettle, very minimal furniture and the shower ran hot and cold and made a very loud noise. The toilet also took a long time to fill up which was also very loud. Nora seemed very nice but not much conversation. The breakfast was ok nothing special and not enough variety. This accommodation was ok for one night but wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.

This B&B scerene setting, just a few miles out of Kinsale, was a lovely town, BUT feeling cramped with room, parking, wanted to sleep in the floor, as we opened the door to room the sagging bed was the center of focus, there is no way Nora and other guests could not see that, the bed needed to be thrown out and replaced. This is Your one of two concerns in Hosting aB&B and it was failed. Breakfast was ok, we were given the choice of" I can only do breakfast at 8 or 10, which one are your plans. " Close to a second fail.Hosts'didn't engage much, stern. On our trip we stayed at 4 others, you can do better than this one, thought you should know.

What a wonderful time we had! Nora and her husband Francis were so kind to my sister and I. We had troubles with our phone, so no GPS and Nora was able to guide us to her B&B. The rooms were very nice and every room in the house was spotless. The location is close to town and what beautiful scenery! My sister and I shared a private bathroom right next to our bedrooms and it was very convenient. Breakfast was delicious too! Nora extended herself to us do to our situation and we were so grateful for her kindness. So blessed to meet them and thankful for them sharing their home with us!
