Florence is just the sweetest lady! We were so happy that we stayed at her B&B. It had a very welcoming and homey feel. On top of all that breakfast was wonderful!

This was our favorite B&B we stayed at all week! This is what a B&B is all about. Florence and her dogs were so friendly, gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home, helped us navigate the town for the best food and drinks and music, spent a lot of time chatting and swapping a couple stories with our group, and her breakfast was my favorite (get the pancakes!!) We will definitely be back to visit Coatesland if we get the chance to come back to Ireland.

What a wonderful time. Florence greeted us at the door, along with her charming dogs. Our room was spacious with tea bags, instant coffee, and an electric kettle. Coatesland is a short walk from the village center, and we had delicious food and drink in the local establishments. Breakfast was mesmerizing, and afterward Florence indulged me with riveting conversation. Her vocabulary is astounding, and I felt honored that she gave me so much of her time. On Adare, there really is quite a bit of car traffic through the village as it has seen rapid growth in the last few decades. Florence informed us that a bypass is in the works, so she looks forward to "getting our lovely little village back".

Probably the most professionally run B and B we visited. A beautiful home like setting, close to Adare which was a great surprise to me. I didn't know much about it, but it is a very interesting town with a vibrancy about it. Room was spacious and food was so good. Printed menus and all. Wished we could have stayed longer.
