We were on a mother daughters trip and Avarest B&B was the perfect spot for us. Our hostess Deirdre was lovely! She was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. She ensured we had everything we needed and knew all of the local spots to explore, including where to get a pint. The rooms were very clean and spacious yet cozy. Each room also included its own bathroom. To top off our great experience, we were treated to a delicious traditional Irish breakfast, accompanied by great conversation. Would highly recommend this B&B - Deirdre made it feel as if we were visiting family. We cannot wait to come back and stay with her again!

We stayed one night in May and would have loved to have stayed for 2 in this beautiful home. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Deirdre was a great hostess and provided us with a wonderful room, breakfast and conversation. Ample parking was onsite. The home is close to Bunratty Castle but you do need a car to get around.

Nice bed and breakfast near Shannon Airport with lovely hosts. You will need a car to get to any stores or restaurants as nothing is within walking distance.

Our one short night stay at Avarest was perfect. The hosts were very friendly and attentive (I almost forgot some food I put in the fridge.) The accommodations were clean and very comfortable and what's not to like about a hearty breakfast. Be careful or you will get hooked on the Irish soda bread. This is a great place to stay either long or short and then be on your way!
