Our stay at Gowlaun B&B was charming. Our rooms were meticulous and comfortable. Joan went above and beyond with her guests to make us all feel welcome. She gave us directions to downtown eating and music. We happened upon The Ritz where we had one of our best Irish meals of our 10 day trip.Joan showed us what Irish hospitality is with her delicious breakfast. Our thanks for a lovely stay.

What a great way to start our trip on the west coast of Ireland--visiting the Cliffs of Moher and then listening to authentic Irish music at a pub an easy walk from our B&B. The hosts were very helpful, the food was great, and the accommodations were just what we needed.

This was my first experience in a b&b and Joan was so sweet. Had a lovely breakfast with some nice conversation in the morning. The room was lovely and loved it was within walkable distance to go listen to some traditional Irish music and have a pint. I would definitely stay again on a return trip. Thank you for helping my friend get the car into reverse when we were leaving! 😊

We spent our last night in Ireland here and it was very nice. We had to leave early to get to the Shannon Airport, but Joan still made sure we had a good breakfast. Beautiful place and warm hospitality.
