When we arrived the weather unfortunately was unfriendly and foggy. So we could only guess the nice view that expected us the next morning. Our hostess was very gracious and turned on the heating on our request. The room was clean but smelled decently moldy (which might have been a consequence of absentees during the covid-pandemic). Personally, the atmosphhere of the B&B did not suit me very much as it reminded me to a hospital.

Christina went above and beyond for us. Her kindness was unending. We stayed several nights, then had to come back on VERY short notice for the last trip to Skellig Michael (we were in Ennis when we got the call the trip might happen). She let us the room at the last moment. The meals were wonderful. Again, very generous! She is our hero

My husband and I stayed here during a pre-Christmas trip and had average accommodations. I'm sure it is busier during the summer months, but we were the only guests staying there during our night in December. The room was a little cold for our taste, and we had little interaction with the host.

Sorry you were disappointed with your stay ,we had just had a bereavement in the family I and I honoured the booking as i thought i had removed off the site. Please return again in the future .

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights in mid-November. It was a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the water and town. The breakfast was good. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We had originally booked to arrive around 3, then called to change it to 6, but then got caught in traffic on the way from Cork and didn't arrive until almost 7. They did not seem to mind when we called again to say that we were running late. We wanted to check out Skellig, and Christina pointed us to the Skellig Ring, which we spent the day doing. Beautiful area to visit (even though we had some heavy clouds, overcast and clouds). The town is a bit quiet and wasn't busy when we were there, the one restaurant I wanted to visit was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but that's not the fault of the hosts. Still a lovely visit. I would recommend this location.
