With award-winning food and king-size beds, guests are a convenient five-minute walk from Belmullet town centre. A coastal Gaeltacht (Irish-speaking) town, Belmullet holds an annual International Arts Festival - Féile Iorras, and is also the last stop along Tír Sáile - the North Mayo Sculpture Trail, Ireland’s largest ever public arts project. Visitors can enjoy golf, hill, beach and cliff walks, as well as diving, surfing and Blue Flag beaches.

How to get here

Take N59 to Bangor Erris, continue on the R313 to Belmullet or from Ballycastle take the R314 into Belmullet. Take the first exit (L5285) off the roundabout between Cois Cuan and Londis convenience store. Drive on Sráid Na h-Eaglaise for 0.5km. Drom Caoin is on the left.

Máirín was a wonderful hostess. She went out of her way to make our stay in Belmullet a great experience. She provided us with local information and was available to answer any questions. Our accommodations were as expected and her breakfast was excellent. We hope to return soon.

We have traveled through Ireland on nine occasions and this was our first venture to the Belmullet peninsula. It will not be our last. Mairin was an amazing host, spending a good bit of her time sharing stories and teaching MaryAnn songs and lessons in Irish. By far the finest three days we’ve spent in our adventures! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay in this B&B : very spacious, very good reception by our hostess. On top, this B&B is very well located to visit the Belmullet peninsula. I warmly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay and Mairin is such a friendly and warm host who makes you feel like home. She provides you with lots of information about Belmullet and her breakfast ist simply stunning - one of the best I've ever had in Ireland! The room is small but very clean. A kettle / hospitality tray would have been a nice add-on. Thanks Mairin for the nice stay and making me feel at home.
