A charming, rustic 4-star bed and breakfast nestled on private mature gardens, San Juan is a leafy County Dublin hideaway. With private parking, spacious bedrooms and an idyllic location just five minutes from the seaside town of Malahide, guests are assured a relaxing stay. The village boasts a wealth of recommended restaurants, pubs and shops, as well as the historic Malahide Castle and Gardens. The house is five minutes from Dublin Airport and just 20 minutes from the buzz of Dublin city.

How to get here

From the city centre: Take the Malahide Road and proceed straight until Kinsealy Garden Centre. Take a left on to Baskin Lane, it's the third house on the left. From the Airport: Take the Old Airport Road, keep left in the direction of Swords, keep left again and then move to the right lane and approach a small roundabout. Turn right off the roundabout and right onto Stockhole Road. Follow that road until the first left onto Baskin Lane. The house is well signposted on the right side of the road.

A great place to end our trip! Cathy made sure we knew where we were going and had a delicious breakfast with plenty of time to get there. She made sure we had the right money for the bus to Dublin and the right Pubs to eat at in Malahide. Simply Wonderful!

My dad and I spent our last night at San Juan. Great place, close to airport, close to Malahide. Nice, clean room. Cathy gave us directions to Malahide and some nice places for dinner. She also had breakfast ready early so we could get to the airport. The Dublin airport is truly only a five minute drive. We couldn't have asked for a better end to our trip. Cathy is very welcoming and helpful. She even told me where I could order a family crest plaque for my husband and I.

We spent our last 2 nights here. Great place, close to airport, close to Malahide. Nice, clean room. Cathy gave us directions to Malahide and some nice places for dinner. She also recommended the bus into Dublin, rather than the Dart. Overall - a nice end to our trip.
