Lovely stay here. Clean and comfortable room, though shower was small (most are over here). Ten minutes from town which was nice because it’s so quiet. Beautiful countryside. Nice breakfast. Definitely recommended. Marie was very nice as were other guests. She even gave us a lift into town to pick up our car (don’t leave your car in parking deck on Saturday night, they close and won’t let you in!).

Marie's B&B is a winner! The love and attention with which she treats her guests makes you feel like family. Her other guests were a delight and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with her, Kiera (sp?) and of course, Ben (the spaniel pup). The close proximity to Kilkenny makes evening meals very easy. Definitely a 'must stay' option!

We had a lovely stay at Ard Alainn. We were welcomed by Marie with open arms. She is such a love! We even got to meet their puppy Ben. The rooms were cozy and the view from the front was immaculate. It's just a short drive into town and once you get into the very lively town you'll realize that the short distance is worth the peace and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was so delicious. We highly recommend this place.
