Meet your host…

Catherine Cavanagh

Michael and I have been welcoming guests from all over the world to our family run B & B for the past 23 years. We have three children grown up now and love meeting guests. I enjoy home baking and guests enjoy my home made brown bread and baking. We enjoy talking to guests and can recommend places of interest to visit and give information on bus timetables for the Swords Express Bus to Dublin, as well as recommending local restaurants and look forward to your arrival.

This place was perfect for being close to airport. It was last day in Dublin. Only took 20 something minutes to get fun spots in Dublin. the host even called the taxi for us. Great service. Thank you!

Perfect location for our last two days. Very close to the Airport. Keep in mind if you want to be in Dublin, traffic pushed the drive to 40 minutes plus. Hosts were great and explained local spots and the best way to get in Dublin.

The host, Catherine seemed rushed in checking us in. There is a window above the door to the hallway that let's in light from the hallway. Opened soap bars left in the bathroom (for repeat use?-no thanks) and the shower knob was difficult to turn, as well. If you weren't careful, the water from the shower would flood the bathroom floor. My fiance slipped but thankfully didnt fall. We stayed in room 4, I believe. Close to the airport.

Exactly what we needed: close to airport. Host was gracious and let us check-in late, arranged for early breakfast and told us where to get gas for our rental car. The room was clean and restful for our long trip home. Thank you!

Host was rushed...we got there at 6 pm during his dinner. Gave us a recommendation of where to eat. Nice place food but steak was tough (their special). Room was ok TV was on a wall where you couldn’t see from the bed. Light in hallway was on all night lighting up the whole bedroom. Morning breakfast was fine. Women of the home was more concerned with our voucher than her guests.
