We really enjoyed our stay here as we traveled across Ireland. Ann was a lovely host and we really enjoyed looking at their pond and all the animals. I especially loved her little black Bantam hen! Our room was spacious and clean and breakfast was delicious!

We had a nice stay at Dawn House. We had called and told them we would be a late arrival and Ann was so accommodating. They were waiting for us and helped us carry in luggage, etc. She was also very accommodating with making our breakfast a little later than usual. Lovely facility- beautiful room, comfortable bed, and lovely bathroom. Would highly recommend. Ann is a wonderful hostess.

We thorougly enjoyed staying at Dawn House. We arrived rather late and not quite ready to drive at night Ann fixed us sandwiches! The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was so good! Lovely area to stay. Ann and Luke were wonderful hosts.

A warm welcome and a very pleasant place to stay. Ann and Luke were perfect hosts and the location is very convenient for Waterford and the surrounding area. Great breakfasts. Would recommend the Cycling Greenway and Cahir and Kilkenny Castles. Dungarven is a very pleasant place to spend the day.
