We met John when we got there and had a very nice conversation. We had the room on the top floor facing the port. Best room in the house we felt, loved it! It was so nice to be able to walk to dinner and took Johns advise and went to Picasso. Great experience! Thanks!

This was an old Victorian home with lots of stairs. We were on the third floor, so not easy if you have any walking issues. The room was old but had some little extras that it her places didn't have. We only met John and his breakfast was great. He also has a taxi so that was convenient for getting into town. He gave us advice for spending time in the area around his home and what to do in Dublin. The shower in our room was a little sleepy. Beds were comfortable! Enjoyed seeing pictures of John's sons playing sports. It was a different experience than some of the other places we stayed in but we were looking for variety. John was entertaining. The area is lovely and would be more enjoyable in the nice weather. Dublin was really crowded even though it was off season, so if you want to see something there, make reservations ahead of time.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! We arrived late due to plane delays and such but John and his wife were very accommodating and helpful to us. John drove us out to the city to the Guiness Brewery and was able to tell us a ton of interesting things along the way. The breakfast they made was incredible, a true Irish breakfast and we enjoyed it very much! We didn't get to stay as long as we would have liked but we will definitely be back to Ireland and when we do come back we will definitely go back to this B&B. Thank you guys for a great experience and for being so kind to us!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. John and Cassie were very kind and helpful. Their home is lovely and well cared for and they clearly put a lot of thought into providing things their guest will need in the rooms. John's breakfast was quite delicious and he was very accommodating in regards to how early we wanted to have breakfast. The location is nice as you're not directly city center so its quiet with beautiful bay views yet still extremely convent as the bus out front or John's taxi service will take you right downtown to all the attractions if you don't wish to drive. If we come to Dublin again, we will definitely stay here.
