Host Helen Webster has been welcoming guests to her County Dublin home for more than 30 years and offers a friendly, genuine Irish welcome. A picturesque coastal village, Howth boasts renowned restaurants, magnificent cliff walks, great golf and waters sports, and plays host to the annual Dublin Bay Prawn Festival. Helen’s husband Andy also offers guests decadent tours of the area by limousine. Dublin city centre is just 10km away and is easily reached by train.

Wonderful house in an excellent neighborhood. Nice view. Excellent breakfast. Really good bed. We stayed just one night before flying home.

We spent our last night in Ireland here. The hosts kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage in the morning, well before check-in time. Andy then drove us to the station so we could spend the day sightseeing in Dublin--very helpful! The room is comfortable and quiet, the bed also very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed meeting other guests. The only problem was that since we did not have a car the location was not easy to get to-- we walked from the station after our day in Dublin, and it was a rather long, hot walk. A taxi to the airport, as recommended by Andy, was definitely the best way to get there.

Our stay with my wife Billie and her sister Bonnie along with our friend Catherine was delightful and relaxing. Andy was a wonderful host who helped us with our restaurant (Oar's House) and excellent directions. Being a dog owner, I also enjoyed the two playful yorkies Maggie & May.

Could have been better. Andy was not so nice to my family and I. I was quite disappointed since there had been so many good reviews about how friendly he was. Could have been a bad week for him, but besides that his place is very beautiful and clean. Location was nice as well.
