We enjoyed our stay - our room was spacious and clean. The Lounge offers great facilities. Venue is private and quiet; lovely breakfast and very warm hosts. Would happily recommend to others.

We did think the room although big was a little tired and dated, especially in the lounge and gym. Our room (No.2 I think) was next to the laundry room, which unfortunately meant no afternoon nap for us as the washing machine was thundering away for quiet a while. There was no WIFI signal in our room whatsoever, this could easily been rectified with some range extenders. It is important when traveling to have some internet in your room. Our sheets were left on a shelve, so we fitted them ourselves and the hairdryer we found was slightly melted. So overall we were a little underwhelmed compared to some other accommodation we had stayed at during our road trip of Ireland. Cant complain about the breakfast, very good indeed.

The location, the view, the generously sized room and the breakfast were all exceptional. The size of the room seemed to be due to the fact that it was designated as wheelchair accessible. Sadly, we had a trio of issues. In order to get hot water in the bathroom sink one had to turn the handle full volume which caused water to splash on the floor and the front of the one at the sink. Reading while sitting in bed was not possible as the lights on the wall did not work regardless of which switches we tried. The shower refused to deliver anything resembling hot water in the morning. Consequently, I took a cold shower and my wife skipped hers. Despite the problems, we would still recommend Samuel’s Heritage.

Thank you very much, William, for your kind review. Sorry you had issues with the lighting and water, some of which we could addressed whilst you were staying with us had we known at the time. We appreciate your comments and will investigate the issues further.

Great place to stay. Private location with fabulous views. Easy access to both Waterford and Dunmore East. We had a large family room. Super spacious. Fantastic breakfast the next morning. Couldn't have been better.
