Our first B&B in Ireland and it was a great experience! Kay had lemon cake and tea upon our arrival and the most delicious smoked salmon for breakfast! She offered advice for a lovely visit to Johnstown Castle. Our room was clean and comfy.

Kay was very welcoming on our arrival for the first night of our touring holiday. Her home is situated in a beautiful well kept garden with a high wall around it as it is built in what was an orchard. Our rooms were sparkling clean and spacious, the bathroom too. We had our own sitting room to relax in after our journey. We had a sumptuous breakfast the following morning which included cereals, fruit ,yogurt ,selection of preserves and breads. The Full Irish breakfast, the first of our holiday was amazing. A great start to a great holiday.

This was my first trip to Ireland and my first stay in a B&B. The room was nice and having wifi was definitely a plus. Kay was very nice and while I am not a big breakfast eater, she did offer to make me something several times. She was very helpful with suggestions of where to eat dinner and suggested a great walking path as well. My only compliant would be that the bed was not very comfortable, it actually kind of sunk in the middle. I only stayed one night and was too excited to sleep, but overall a nice stay.
