This house was our third B&B stay on a two week trip, staying at five different B&B's. Location to the town was great. The host and hostess at this B&B where a charm, very friendly and informative. Galway and the area offers many different venues to go to, went to Aran Islands, if you take the hike plan on getting to the island as early as you can and staying til the last ferry in the evening. Lovely place for a nice 10 to 11 mile hike. We ask the host for his dinner suggestions, we stayed two nights and each night he recommended great places to eat, then great pubs to go to to get local flavor and music. College towns so some pubs can be loud and crowded.

A wonderful stay with Helen and Pat - extremely hospitable in every possible way. Clean room with tea and coffee making facilities and delicious cakes on arrival. Extensive choice of both cooked and continental breakfast with homemade jams and bread and such friendly service and atmosphere. Room was cleaned whilst we were having breakfast so lovely to return to a tidy room! Fabulous all round - better than any hotel and short walk into town. Highly recommended in every aspect.
