We had a lovely stay at Fern Hill. Our room was very clean and spacious. Tom was friendly and suggested a wonderful restaurant in town.

Tom was a lovely host and very talkative. We were greeted with a warm welcome. The house is in a lovely neighborhood. Our room was very warm, we couldn’t turn the heat off. They gave us great advice on a good pub nearby - which we had a great dinner. The breakfast was lovely. We would recommend this B & B.

A beautiful spot a short drive from Waterford. Ann and Tom were fantastic hosts; Ann is fully versed on the area and happy to share her information on where to go and what to do. On Ann's recommendation, we ate at the Esquire Restaurant in Tramore, and I had the absolute best meal of our week in Ireland, regardless of cost. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with a corner view overlooking the sea and the lighthouse in the distance. Breakfast was fantastic!

This was the best B&B of our trip. Ann and Tom are exceptional hosts and their home is beautifully appointed. We really felt at home as they even made every effort to create a vegan breakfast for my niece. They were so warm and accommodating that when we left and later had some concerns with our car, I wanted to call Tom. Thanks so much for a memorable visit.

Ann and Tom were fantastic. The home was in a great location-within walking distance to town center. Breakfast was lovely as was their home.
