Kathleen and Nick made us feel so very welcome. She recommended a few places to visit and eat as we had been in Ireland before we knew most places . She was just great , Room, Breakfast , hospitality Excellent will defiantly be returning . and only 1/2 hour from Rosslare ferry ideal xxxx

This B&B does have a good location being right off the N25 and is 1 of the easier to find that we stayed at. Kathleen was nice and helpful with information as to what to see and where to eat. We didn't find much to do or eat in Wexford and probably should have stayed nearer to Waterford. Thought we enjoyed our stay you should be aware that the property is definitely dated. The room was small (as are most we stayed in in Ireland), the shower is very small with older style head and knobs and the decor is definitely not updated.

So very welcoming, we couldn’t have asked for a anything more. Beautiful room and hostess went out of her way to accommodate. I would recommend this B and B to anyone staying in the area.
