St. Jude's was the favorite bed and breakfast that my friend and I stayed in while in Ireland!! First the house looks like something out of Jane Austen. The bed was so comfortable as well and the breakfast was delicious! We loved the hosts. Also it's such an easy walk into Galway. The best spot!!

We stayed here for one night. The house is lovely. I agree with previous comments about it being more like a small hotel, but, that does not bother me at all. It is handy to town. We walked the promenade and then walked into town. It’s about a 45 minute walk that way and 20 minutes straight into town. Ita was great. Breakfast delicious. Amazing shower. I would definitely stay again.

St. Jude's was one of 3 B&B's we stayed at this trip and we were here for 3 days. It was most certainly a lovely home, within walking distance to the waterfront with pubs and restaurants. Breakfasts were lovely. I have to say this home felt more like a hotel than a B&B. We did not see much of our hosts, which we like, as they usually give us a feel for the location we are staying in. Not as hospitable as I would have liked, but lovely nonetheless.

This was my wife and my first experience at a bed and breakfast and it was excellent. The hosts were very friendly and available to help with any questions we had. They have great suggestions of places to eat. Finally, the breakfast was great the mornings we stayed and they even packed us a to go breakfast the morning of our departure because it was so early. Overall, a great experience.

This is a beautiful home with great amenities. Convenient location with about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. We, however, did not see much of the hosts and only met Ita. This may be because we only spent one night there and left early the next morning around 7am. We did not receive breakfast, most likely due to this. Ita showed us our rooms and told us of a couple of places to eat but that was it. We did not have heat in our room, however, there was an electric heater in the closet we used. There was also no hot water in our room, though our travel mates did have hot water in theirs. Hair dryer was convenient, however, as we are American. We would probably stay here again for the convenient location.
