Tir na nog is a charming lovely home. Tommy was fun! He has a great way of making you feel right at home. Our bedroom was spacious and comfy. The amenities included anything you could possibly need. I was running out of hairspray and loved that there was some provided. The home is nestled on a quiet street very near the Rock of Cashel which was our destination the next day.The breakfast was delicious. When Tommy says that he makes great scrambled eggs, believe him :) Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a super time at Tir na nog. Tommy was so welcoming and we felt like we'd landed at one of our family's.. We had just heard about "Hurling" and Tommy was keen to tell us all about it. Luckily for us there was a game on TV which we watched together. That was just lovely. All in all a great time and beautiful home. Thanks so much - Robin and Jerry Lee, Salt Spring Island, BC. The photo says it all:a gorgeous home, playfully pink, in the middle of a very quiet suburb. Just a short drive into the town of Cashel, and then back to the bucolic splendor of Tir Na Nog. (and did I mention the 3 minute walk to the lovely pub down the street?) Tommy, our host, made us instantly feel like family, and before we knew it we were sharing tea and biscuits in his kitchen, chatting like old friends. Tommy was a fount of information about what to do and see, and helped us plan our route on the map. Joan's wonderful collection of dolls was a fun and homey touch; something I enjoyed very much. The room was large and comfy, with an overstuffed chair and fluffy bathrobes in the closet. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with lots of choices. I left feeling like "family" and really hope to return one day!
