We spent our last night at Hillview and it was a great place to spend our last evening. There was parking on site and the grounds were nice. We stayed in a large room where there were two beds on one side and a double bed on the other side (the room was somewhat divided so each side was semi-private). For most of the trip our family was split between two rooms and often the rooms were not near each other. It was nice to have this room together. The room was very nice and comfortable (the WIFI was good and easy to connect to). The room had a luggage rack which seems like a small thing but I really appreciated it...my suitcase was very heavy and getting in and out of our suitcase was much easier with this thoughtful piece of furniture in our room. We also loved Roxie and Bailey!!! They were the sweetest little dogs, I was really missing my fur-babies so it was nice spending a few minutes petting them. The owner was very friendly and recommended that we go to Skerries which was one of my favorite stops of the trip. It was completely unplanned but it was a wonderful little area. Our dinner was delicious, we got ice cream and took a little walk along the water. We had spent the morning in Dublin but if I had it to do over I would have spent all day in Skerries (not just the evening). We were flying out the next morning so we had to leave early and we weren't able to have breakfast but they left a little basket near the door with fruit and some portable snacks. It was very thoughtful and we needed those treats while waiting and rushing around for hours at the airport.

Very nice B&B. We had a family room, so all four of us were together. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Wonderful breakfast! Very nice room.

We stayed at Hillview House our first night in Ireland after a very early arrival at Dublin Airport...5:00 AM...and yes, that does come in the morning! We had a lovely family en suite accommodation that we shared with our granddaughter and grandson after a long day of visiting New Grange, Becktiv Abbey, Tara, and Trim Castle. My only regret is that we didn't book our room for the night before our arrival so that we could check in after leaving the airport and get some rest before starting our ten day vacation. Thank goodness the beds were comfortable when we finally got into them that night! Very convenient to the airport, clean and comfy accommodations, wonderful breakfast!

This was sadly our last B&B night stay before heading home. We wanted a B&B that was not too far from Dublin airport. When researching B&B's close to the airport, the reviews were all over the board. Our expectations were not high. Boy, we were surprised and very happy with Hillview. Very nice location. The grounds were beautiful! The staff was so friendly and answered any questions. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very delicious!!! ABSOLUTELY recommend staying here!!! Thank you for a very pleasant last nights stay!!!!
