What a wonderful host! My wife and I were traveling Ireland and Northern Ireland for our honeymoon and stayed one night at Cullentra House. Olive met us at the door and showed us to our well appointed room. She then treated us to tea and fresh baked goodies she had made. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. After enjoying a beautiful sunrise and stunning view out front, we were fed a hearty full Irish with more fresh baked treats. I am sorry we did not stay longer, but we will be back. Thank you Olive for a wonderful stay.

We stayed only for 1 night and it was lovely. The house is well kept and clean the room was a good size and the view from it was beautiful. We aren’t big breakfast people but we were served huge portions which were delicious!. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it as well for anyone else.

Our stay at CULLENTRA HOUSE was wonderful. This was our second trip to Ireland and to CULLENTRA HOUSE. Our hosts were just wonderful this time as well as the first time. They were very hospitable and warm. We had alot of wonderful conversations. Our room was wonderful, clean and fresh. We stayed at Cullentra House for two nights this time. We can't say enough about how great the food was and the many options for breakfast. The home made baked goods, banana bread, carrot cake, scones were delicious. Our hosts as usual were helpful and gave wonderful suggestions of places to visit and places to eat dinner. The views from the house are just breath taking. We will again make sure we visit CULLENTRA HOUSE every time we come to Ireland! Thank you again for an outstanding visit! Jayne and Peter Perez

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Cullentra House last weekend with the charming Olive and James. The two went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and didn't miss a beat from Olives AMAZING cooking, baking and hospitality. Her breakfast is that of a restaurant status with a huge choice to pick from. Her home made wheaten loaf was the best I've ever tasted, not to mention her scones, banana bread and carrot cake. The room was simply stunning, the most comfortable bed, pillows and spotless. Fresh sheets and fluffy perfumed towels each day, as I stayed two nites. Tea and coffee (and cake lol) was on the GO constantly 😋 nothing was too much trouble and the location of the B and B was ideal, 2 mins to village where shops, pubs and restaurants were plenty. Beach is 6 mins away. I never felt so welcomed and at home during my stay. Cannot recommend this gem enough and would urge anyone to get on this booking ASAP. I have lovely memories to carry home. We planned on staying for 2 nights at this location, but ended up staying only 1 night. The rooms were clean, but very small. The front of the home has a beautiful view. Our ensuite room was next to the common bathroom so we heard everyone coming and going.

Many thanks for your review. Pity you did not stay longer to explore this beautiful area but I understand that Belfast was a must see place in your hectic itinerary. As for a common bathroom next to your ensuite room we have no control as to how often it is used.
