Cullentra House

We had a great stay for two nights at the Cullentra House. We arrived at dinnertime and we appreciated the dinner reservations that Olive made for us in the nearby village. The breakfast was scrumptious and we enjoyed the time for conversation with other folks staying at the B & B. The bed was very comfortable and the location nice and quiet. We explored the beautiful countryside by walking to two of the waterfalls in the Glens of Antrim and drove the Coastal Causeway route. Thank you for a memorable time in Northern Ireland.

Very gorgeous view of the local mountain and the coast. Breakfast was quite large and will keep you filled for a whole day. Bed itself was super comfy. Would recommend

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Cullentra House in Cushendall, and it was one of the warmest and most memorable B&B experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine kindness and hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. The house itself is spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. My room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and had all the little touches that showed how much care the hosts put into making every guest feel special. Breakfast was a real highlight—delicious, generous, and freshly prepared, with plenty of options to suit every taste. The attention to detail was second to none. What really makes Cullentra House stand out, though, is the warmth of the hosts. Their knowledge of the area, thoughtful recommendations, and heartfelt conversations truly enriched my trip. It felt less like staying in a B&B and more like visiting family you actually look forward to seeing again. If you’re visiting the Causeway Coast or exploring Northern Ireland, do yourself a favour and stay here. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in this part of Ireland.

This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and it did not disappoint. Every detail was accounted for to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was probably the best food we’ve had and more than any of us could eat. The presentation was amazing. The best part, you can smell the delicious breakfast baked goods being made the night before. A nice comfort smell of a family home before going to bed. Olive was an amazing hostess and an absolute delight to talk to. She took care of our dinner reservations and the food was delicious at the restaurant too. One note, the facilities say they accept credit cards, but it was cash only. Don’t let that deter you though! Just come prepared.

A wonderful stay in Olive’s and James immaculate home. Everything was presented in the highest quality and the breakfast was outstanding. Postcard views from the home and very close to the lovely village of Cushendall. Olive arranged dinner for us in the village which was terrific. The perfect BnB for exploring the amazing Causeway Coast. Our children had never experienced a BnB and we wanted to give them a taste of an Irish BnB and they were certainly not disappointed.
