My husband and I just returned from our trip and Lis-Ardagh Lodge was the first B&B of our trip. This home was so beautiful and surrounded about amazing scenery. Carol recommended wonderful a wonderful restaurants in Union Hall and Glandore. It was one of our favorite places from our trip. This B&B is near to places to kayak and a site of standing stones. Our room was very large and had it's own kitchen and washer/dryer. We didn't use it but we didn't encounter these conveniences at any other B&B on our 2 week trip.

We stayed at Lis-Ardagh Lodge for 2 nights. The Lodge is in a beautiful, quiet location and is above the charming little town of Union Hall. Carol and Jim are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were yummy. I highly recommend this place!

This was our first night stay this trip over. We had been awake for about 36 hours straight. Carol and Jim were fantastic hosts and truly opened their home to us. They gave us recommendations for a close by dinner and Carol's breakfast was delicious and got us ready to be on our way. Our room was spacious and absolutely lovely. The outdoor space is beautiful - would definitely return for more than one day next time!

Carol and Jim are very flexible and we feel real comfortable with them. The house is real nice and our room is roomy. They gave us some tips. She drove us to a lovely pub and return. Good sleep and very good breakfast. Wanna to come again....

This was my favorite stop on our trip driving the country. We had a fantastic stay, wonderful conversation, a delicious meal, and great sleep. I was sad to leave in the morning and admit that the positive and playful energy/conversation set the tone for the rest of our day. Grateful for the experience!
