Michael was a pleasant host, his husband John was away on buisness. The home is at the top of a hill with a beautiful view of the lake/hillside below. Breakfast was very good, he was accommodating in our requests from his menu in the morning. (3 options to choose from, we each chose a different one to try a bit of everything) We were the only guests the night we were there, the room was nice aesthetically but the tea/coffee setup in the room was a bit dusty. We had to rinse everything off before use. The mattress was horrible on my back, an old spring mattress that could use at least a topper.

Many thanks for this review. Very surprised that these guests found dust on our coffee/tea setup since the room was occupied the night before and was cleaned accordingly. Our mattresses are of high quality and firm. Perhaps these guests are more used to a softer mattress. Very glad they enjoyed the view and the cooked to order breakfast! Kind Regards, Glocca Morra B&B

How are things in Glocca Morra? By far, my favorite B & B. John & Michael were delightful. Their home was cozy & comfortable. The sunrise on the lake was spectacular, as the moon setting on the other side was an added peice of beauty. I would certainly recommend this B & B to anyone traveling in Ireland. May your home always be blessed!
