Guests to Lakeland House beside Lough Derg in the vibrant heritage town of Killaloe, County Clare, will be welcomed by the friendly hosts, Trudy and Danny Ryan, who will ensure that guests experience a relaxing and friendly atmosphere throughout their stay. There are four clean and comfortable bedrooms all with en-suite and a cosy guest lounge area with tea and coffee making facilities. Guests can choose from an extensive breakfast menu while enjoying the views of the surrounding countryside. The large garden has a seating area which can be enjoyed in warmer weather.

How to get here

Take EXIT 27 off the M7@ Birdhill for R494 ( Birdhill/ Ballina/Killaloe) proceed for approx 5km to Ballina. Turn right immediately before Goosers pub & restaurant onto Boher Road. Proceed 200m to Lakeland house on left.

We had the most amazing time. Trudy was so wonderful she could not have done anymore for us. We will definitely be back to see her. The breakfasts were delicioustill Thank you from Yorkshire

Lovely B&B within walking distance of the pubs and good restaurants and just a few hundred yards from the banks of the Shannon. Very nice host and excellent breakfast with homemade brown bread and marmalade too.

Lovely place close to the lake, plenty of details. The hosts are really very kind and helpful. A house to repeat and recommend.

My in laws stayed found it top class with service excellent would go back for sure lovely hosts very helpful and a very good breakfast
